    Russ had an insane motor and was physically strong with better handles. They are not comparable at all really unless Jalen gets stronger, cleans up his handles, and then develops a similar motor.

    Personally I don’t feel he changed that much, or that he was ever soft. Just went from being the number 1 option on a meh team to playing with Kobe and Bynum. Being on a winning team changed the narrative around him.
