I agree, but I would also add that Jalen Green has some unusual outlier weeks that are scary to leave behind. If the shot does start falling at a higher clip, you have a skill set that is incredibly rare.

Lately in interviews Udoka has been raving about shot quality increasing percentages. Perhaps we’ll see JG settle loss, and stick to the quality ones. Maybe we will see those percentages rise.

It’s one game, but it seems to me that Alperen Sengun and Jalen Green are those dudes, and Amen is coming.

If JG can continue the shooting efficiency, I adore the fit between the three. Excited to watch the next decade of Houston Rockets basketball.

It's amazing how many of the "Jalen's a guaranteed bust" guys are completely silent after him shooting 50% from the field and 44% from deep. I can't imagine how much it must suck to have backed themselves into a corner where they can't enjoy the incoming successes as a team...

Is it just me, or did Green’s 3 ball look smoother? Less of a hitch.

It's not just you. I think he looked a lot more balanced overall, not just his 3 ball. Whilst he doesn't look much bigger, he does look a lot more in control.

I've said it often, but conceptually, Green / Amen / Smith / Sengun is a fantastic fit. And do you know whose skillset, conceptually, is also a great fit between those four? Reed Sheppard's.

Tilman better get his checkbook ready.

Aren't you one of the dudes who explicitly word for word says "he's a bust".

I absolutely love Green's game when he's efficient. He's got the most variance of outcomes of any player on the Rockets.

Yup i said he has been a bust so far, but as a fan of the team i would obviously be thrilled if i’m wrong and he’s amazing…..just like everyone else

Not even a little bit, I don’t believe there’s a single legit fan of the team who would be upset if he’s good. Makes no logical sense. Why would a fan be upset the team/player is good? Just so stupid

Lol dude. Being bust isn't a thing you remove the label from. Bust is a term left for players you've lost any hope of like Weisman.

When you are still hopeful that he has star potential he isn't a bust by definition.

Can I be frank? You use terms like "bust" to get engagement and attention.

Yup, one motion, less reliance on his legs/jump and earlier release. He seemed very very comfortable shooting it.

The logical sense is time investment in having such a strong negative vocal opinion on Green that ego and narcissism take the place over the previous fandom at least in this site specifically. Maybe outside of this forum you don't **** on Green constantly where you won't be ashamed of peaking your head up if Green hits as a star on this team

But if you spend an inordinate amount of time ******** on her dude here you have time investment in your reputation and ego on this forum to not be so loudly wrong.
