He obviously doesn't know much about the Rockets. You don't have to request a trade to leave here. You'll be gone in a year either way for another asset.
Pay him and keep him on the roster so he can't sign elsewhere but don't let him practice or come to games.
With his current attitude, I'm sure he'd prefer that. Although he shouldn't be worried, the minute he was traded here, he became an asset.
