I use it, but it's mainly in mocking Hispanics.

    :)

This is the correct answer. There's no LOL or ROTFLMAO or LMAO in Spanish or chatting with us Mexicans and overall Spanish-speakers.

percicles, chau is NOT Latin. Man, you chop up Spanish like I do my lettuce in my seven-layer-dip.

For empanadas i remember this place a long time ago when i was in Houston.......i think Marine's on Hillcroft.....it was a Colombian eatery with a large menu of all types of empanadas....

I wasn't all that impressed with the empanadas when i visited Buenos Aires.......the steak and desserts were amazing though....

    R0ckets03 and firecat,

The "hispanic?" thing started a couple of months back when there was some thread on highways or something really random in the hangout. IIRC, some poster was complaining about traffic or something like that and another poster quoted his post and said "hispanic?" It was so bizarre and random that other people (like ima_drummer2k) picked up on it and just started posting it at other random places in various thread. Sorta like how "Sura faints" caught on like wildfire - the "hispanic?" thing became the new catch phrase for clutchfans.

    I don't understand  .

I was trying to tell you that "chau" is not LATIN, it's Spanish and should be "chao." Latin is the language priests use. C'mon, now... what's wrong with you?
