This folks is why you turn pro as soon as you are able -- luckily for Fowler he signed the waiver that forces his team to negotiate in good faith as if he didn't have the injury.

So Jacksonville will get the same amount of production from the #3 pick this year as the Texans got from the #1 pick last year

All my buddies thought this guy was going to be a beast..

Jokingly I said he's a 100% bust because he got drafted by the Jags..

It was fun holding this over there head..

Feel bad for the guy, but glad he won't be touching Mallet this season.

Yeah but that's impossible. He wouldn't have been able to get Savage either. Now, Hoyer.. that's who he would have gotten.

Yes, he isn't signed yet, but rookies are able to sign a waiver if they participate in mini-camps that protects them if they are injured before the contract is signed. The team must negotiate in good faith as if the rookie is uninjured.

That is messed up, dude. Happy for the kid since he will get his money, but I feel bad for the Jax. Could care less about rivalry, that franchise has suffered enough.
