Drives me crazy how inconsistent Jabari is. He plays like an all star one night and then the next night plays like he belongs in the g league. I hope he gets it together . You never know what you're going get from him

Jabari has been good in his role lately. Last 10 games he's shooting 41% on 3's. He's up to 35.1% on the season on almost as many attempts as last season (4.8 attempts this season).

We really need him to shoot 38% or more the rest of the way on 6-7 attempts per game and I think he can do it. I feel like the team is looking for him more often, he's more engaged and confident. Could be that his 3PT shot is stabilizing after putting on muscle because his improved FT% indicates a possibly improved jumper.

I bet he can hit about 39-40% the rest of the way. And 40%+ starting next for the next several years.

Forget the shooting. He has some springs to his hop when helping on defense. Definitely drinking gummi bear juice.

The one thing I like about his game right now is the rebounding. He is getting good position and aggressively grabbing boards. I appreciate that about his game. Not thrilled about the rest. I REALLY wasn't to see him more aggressive on the offensive end. He needs to fight for his shot. He's like the 5th option on offense every time.

People dont pass to him. Sengun rather give the ball to JG than Bari who was right there for the dunk/layup and vice versa.

His role is just defend and get rebounds and then act like a decoy on offense, he gets 1-2 attempts every quarter so if he misses even once then tough.

He’s like a more confident and aggressive 6’9 Reed Sheppard

Yeah, I noticed he's been blocking shots and crashing the glass. I think that's why Ime keeps him in game even when he's not scoring much.

Jabari has the tools where he should be unstoppable. He can get a good look off any time. Post him up, turnaround fadeaway should be money for him.

I will take 13/12 with good defense and good efficiency every night from Bari. That’s all I’m looking for. If he can stay consistent he’s gonna give us what we need from him.

I’m starting to see a trend. Saw it last year too. After a good offseason he started slow, but then he was pretty consistent the last three quarters of the season. He started slow this year, but has been pretty consistent more recently. If we don’t see any backsliding I’m not gonna worry about Bari anymore. I still think he’s a limited player, but if he can give us what he gave us last night consistently, he’s going to really help this team. Really happy to see Bari progressing; the hard work is paying off.

Once he fills out a bit in a year or two he will excel. At his height you can see he lacks some grown man strength and power.

Happy to see Jabari playing well of late as well. It’s going to be VERY interesting how his contract extension plays out. If he starts to flash more of that “high end 3&D guy” prototype - he is going to get very expensive in FA because the number of guys who can guard 4-5 spots competently, rebounds well, is a decent help defender, and can hit 38%+ from three is a very short list. He is a Swiss Army Knife as high end role player.

I would not say we cannot push to keep him to a higher deal but I still think Tari and Amen are priorities.

They drive the defensive system.......if they want to keep Udoka as well......

If not, who knows.....to me Jabari still seems like a larger luxury, true, utility luxury but not necessity until he can also playmake and score.

To put his youth and height into perspective. By the end of the season he should end up with about the 5th most 3 pointers made for someone his age ever in the nba. Sandwiched between Luka and Devin Booker and everyone else above him a guard.

People his age and height don’t do what he does. He should increase his efficiency by some degree and be a very valuable player in my opinion.

On the contrary, I've been happier with Jabari lately because he's doing a better job simply taking what's given to him. I want him to keep it simple and stick to scoring off cuts, leak outs, spot ups, and quick straight line drives off the catch. He's maybe the last guy in the rotation that I want actively hunting his own shot.

He needs to embrace his role of defender, rebounder, spot up shooter.
