Good interview. Confirms a lot of what's been said around here about Coach Udoka and the culture changes that he's brought... "... he (Coach Udoka) just don't like to lose..." Hoping that by mid-season we are seeing summer league Jabari. If he can replicate that level of production (consistently) during the regular season then this team takes a huge leap.
If he is replicating what he did in Summer League in the NBA, and consistently, then he is in MVP discussions..... it might be an unrealistically high bar! Just to see him do some of the things he did there against NBA level defenders more frequently would be nice. That would stand us in good stead. My view on him is that next season we get to see where he is at. This year is about fitting in and developing and learning (still). 14 and 8 on decent %s would be great this year.
