Aren’t you all glad that Sengun is gonna be our starting next season, therefore this debate could be at least partially settled?!
Lmao, you have said tons of racist and bigoted things. You know it and everyone knows it, I’ve called you out multiple times on it. Don’t play dumb now.
He already took over the NBA, then he took over China, now he's taking over France. Where will he conquer next? If he keeps up this pace of conquest, he may earn the title of "the great" one day.
Alpi is also 19 years old. He's far from the only one. People expect some of our young players to develop overnight. Sengun also has had to get used to the NBA, which is quite different from the Turkish League, where he was the MVP at age 18. It's one of the reasons, in my opinion, that he fouls as often as he does. He improved on that towards the end of the season. I'm really looking forward to how he does this year, especially playing with Smith, and hopefully Eason. It should be fun to watch.
I don't know whom y'all are responding to, but you are probably wasting your time. This thread is great otherwise. I'm really looking forward to seeing Alpi, Bari, Jalen and Tari (and JC, Garuba and perhaps KPJ and KMJ) tear it up this season.
You called Stone all types of names for not trading for Simmons and said we were the league's embarrassment for taking that deal (check his post history). Yet when brought back up you deflect. I whole heartedly think you wish we had Ben Simmons sitting out seasons over Jalen/Jabari and cap flexibility. Where is your basketball IQ?
Can't wait to watch Jalen + Jabari + Sengun! Really excited to see Jalen's and Sengun's improvement over the offseason. No more Wood, this team will be very fun to watch
I saw this and HAD to post it. I very definitely agree with Bradeaux. A fellow coined a great name for that move from Sengun, The Turkish Tango! I love it! His tweet reply spoilered below: Spoiler
I mean come on man. Pretty every 19 year front court player does that. People will bi*ch about and argue about pretty everything. The last few pages of this thread confirm that. Sengun is going to be crazy good in a few years. A 23-26 year version of Sengun is going to be so fun to watch.
Wow!!! I was watching Sengun's highlights going against top Centers in the NBA and he is going to be awesome next year playing 30 minutes with Jabari....
After watching this video it reminds me of people saying he can’t play defense .. How can you watch this video and not see the defensive potential! I think he will only get better . His defensive recovery speed is actually great... the way he recovers and comes back for the block is really really really good ! This team might actually have a chance to make the play in tourney if our young players make another leap
