He's trying to embarrass the league now. Indefinite suspension. I would enforce it for a half season, next a year. And make him come to you to get back in. Don't reach out. Don't educate him again. It's not like it escalated quickly and without cause. They tried to help him. They tried to look the other way. They sent him to education. They warned him time and time again.
