    Exactly. this is a very good point. This is what I always think people forget about discussing on who is better from players from different era's. The technology, training methods are different now than they were in the time of Wilt. You have no idea how good Wilt would have been if he had the technology we have now.

    Just look at swimming/speedskating and even running. World records keep getting broken, this is not because the athletes are more talented now than they used to be. The technology and training methods have just improved

    I believe you should always look at how much they dominated the athletes from their time, since they had the same technology. If you look at it this way. It is clear Wilt was the best center ever. I mean nobody dominated his opponents as much as Wilt has done.
