Didn't the Knicks want him last season? He should've gone there and inflated the hell out of his numbers. He can actually play up-tempo, unlike certain other players there that will remain unnamed...

Physically--AI is an NBA caliber player.

    Mentally--AI is done.

the last thing we hear that he had gambling and drinking issues, I think he has alot to deal with off the court.

I think the forgotten Free Agent is Steve Francis. We let him go to Memphis when he was getting back into game shape and find his rhythm in practice after he finally got that surgery that was bogging him down.

I remember his interview on Christmas Day, he was wearing a Santa hat and everything and said at Memphis he was going to "get buckets" when the time came. He got waived.

It was then reported that he was going to trying to market himself for a team to sign by the FA deadline but no one signed him. He continues to state that he is aiming for a comeback and seemed to take the Stephon Marbury route and take a year off to persue other interests (His record label, organizing a Houston-based reality TV show with rapper Scarface and others.).

I'm sure he's going to be looking for some type of payday during this huge free agent year but he's been forgotten which is partly his fault for the year off.

No one wants Allen Iverson. He has always been a whiny little b****, but at least he could back it up with his scoring. Now he can't even do that. His best bet is to just retire or play overseas.

This. It was stupid for him to attempt a come back this season. It was embarrassment for the him, the Rockets, and Knicks. However, I don't believe for a single second he is career is over. He'd be a mighty nice piece to a bubble team, like the Nuggets for example. Love or hate the guy, you cannot deny he is one the Top 50 offensive players to have ever played the game. It would not be a bad idea for him to grab someone else's tail and let him remove his legacy of playoff loser.
