Is it really truly a lost season if you're still going to most likely make the playoffs? You never know.

Watching this absolutely insanely horrible D night in and out and barely at the 8th seed and under .500 in mid March with this "talent"? Play SA or GS first round? Yup, lost season.

This is the strangeness of this season. During the Yao-TMac days, we had winning records and didn't make the playoffs. The West was that good. Now we are barely hanging to .500 and it looks like we have a good chance making the playoffs.

KJ has been wasting away on the bench all season and he's been better than Brewer. It's sad that the Rockets coaching staff is so incompetent.

Remember those dense clutchfaners that were upset at Morey for wrapping up the deal with KJ before Josh Smith? lol..this dude will be a rotation player for sure and Josh Smith is on his way out of the league.

Against a team that's won 8 games all year and hasn't won a game in over a month. Yes, we had a bench against them.

Kj/harrel/Beasley/smith are the type of ballers we need. They seem to have a more street ball type iq which I think mashes well with harden. Jones and Brewer don't seem to have that instinct like they do. Howard doesn't really either but he is good for lobs

I just don't see the downside of playing KJ at all. Obviously everyone in the organization wants to win, but we have to realize that this season just isn't going to go far, so why not find out what KJ and Harrell can do with regular playing time?

I'd much rather watch Harrell try and continue to develop that little mid range shot than watch Josh Smith fire up 3's. Not to mention the activity and energy that both he and KJ bring. The interesting thing about KJ is his willingness and to a degree effectiveness of driving to the basket and drawing contact. We desperately need someone outside of Harden that's willing to do that, and not end up shooting a wild runner like Brewer. The Kids are motivated, let's see what they can do JB. I appreciate what Brewer and Smih did during our run last year in the playoffs, but their time is up in an already disappointing season. There's nothing to lose here.

No, I haven't seen enough of KJ to declare him as a worthy rotation player.

I mean, c'mon, the dude has played only a total of 94 minutes the whole season, many of those minutes were garbage time. How well can you judge a player by watching him play that little?

KJ does bring energy, defense, and hustle. He BETTER have energy. He never plays. The only thing he might be developing with the Rockets are hemorrhoids (not his overall game).

Maybe Morey is eyeing a Philadelphia 1st round draft pick. Giving KJ some minutes in Philly? I like the guy and wish he'd get some burn but if there's a team out there that might deal with Morey, it's Philadelphia. I think Hinkie, being a Morey acolyte, traded KJ thinking he'd walk (given the way his contract was structured).

KJ is so much better fit in our small ball lineup than Brewer it's incredible that he has been glued to the bench all season.

KJ has looked lost most of the year when he has been in the game. Looked way more comfortable against the 76ers.

But more importantly, KJ got to play with the STARTERS and not mopping up with the bench group. I think that makes a big difference for KJ where he can freelance a bit and play with players that can get him the ball in dives and cuts.

In the "small ball" unit, KJ should continue to be used some moving forward.

Still waiting to see KJ at the 1 defensively with Dwight, Harden, Ariza, and whoever else matches up best. I want to see KJ defend in the pick-and-roll against guys like Westbrook, CP3, etc.

Our only chance to get to the playoffs and possibly win a round is to go extremely uptempo with as much defensive pressure as possible. Much like last year but even worse, we cannot play half-court basketball and expect to beat anybody except the Sixers and Lakers. We have to add KJ to the rotation, give him consistent minutes, have him scramble and overplay everything and live with the ups and downs.

I'm still wondering why, after 63 games, we finally device to give KJ burn. And have to wonder if we're going to attempt to give him away along with Terrence to slide under the luxury tax.
