HTML has been disabled in this forum http://www.flashkit.com/ is a good site with some flash tutorials. There are also some tutorials that come along with flash.I would suggest starting with those.
To learn flash, check out the AWESOME tutorials at http://www.devshed.com There are six of them. Do those, and you will have a great founding that allows you to do a lot of what you want. I did those, then found some other, more advanced tutorials, and was able to make an awesome flash interactive CDROM intro.
