Silas can't win. He has to develop players while ensuring the team gets a top pick so it doesn't get stuck in mediocrity, yet has to keep players motivate by not losing by too much. I don't know if he is a good coach or not. There does seem to be some legit issues with what he does or knows. But at the same time, there seems to be a lack of understanding of what he is being directed to do as well and what his priorities are being set out to be. It's also unclear what Stone's involvement in decisions are but clearly Stone has a level of influence here that is not being accounted for. I hope he gets next season to show us what he can do.
At least he doesnt lie incessantly and try to throw a coup de etat on the country - so its a tradeoff of sorts just in case you were about to allude to the guy before him being any "better". (they're all snakes by the way)
