All we can do is wait it out. IIRC he said owning the Rockets was like owning an original Picaso. You can't sell it. So we just have to wait it out. How old is he now?

How is it your team? All fans really do is pay for the privilege to watch and go to games.

    Goodbye my beloved Rockets

I'm not moving on to another team but I'm taking a break from the NBA until the Rockets get a new ownership. When that occurs I'll make a triumphant return decked in my red and yellow gear

Cancelling my 8 season tickets soon and I refuse to buy any gear

It may be a drop in the bucket to Les but it's allottt of money (to me) that I know can be better well spent

I'm tired of an owner who forces poor decisions on this franchise.

I'm tired of an owner who forces a dildo rocket themed slogan combined with pajama themed uniforms

I'm tired of an owner who forces our GM to get players like Jeremy Lin

I'm tired of an owner who forced JVG out and then force hires Pringles

I'm tired of an owner who clearly hears the fans pleas for uniform change and turns a blind eye to it.. or actually doesn't.. but insultingly changes how the sleeves are designed when it's the uniform entirety we want changed

I defended Leslie for many years because I felt he has always been willing to pay out for players. But I can no longer, he is holding the franchise back by forcing awful decisions through when he has already hired people to make those decisions for him. We are never going anywhere with someone like that at the helm. When we won our ships he was too green.

Les reminds me of a character that would be on Seinfeld or some type of sitcom.

Le$ does not hire great coach, just because he doesn't like in personal.

    This is pathetic.

I hear what you are saying, but he owns the team that represents OUR city.

I will continue to be a Rockets fan for as long as they are the Houston Rockets. I will, also, continue to root for our players, but I will not be giving anymore of my hard-earned money to Le$.

No more driving 3 hours to attend home games.

    No more Rockets' merch.

    No more league pass.

I know it's not much, but that's all I can do.

I have been a Rockets fan long before Les Alexander even thought about owning the team.

BTW, I don't pay for the privilege to watch the team. We the fans pay so that Les has the privilege to own the team.

Doesn't matter the owner, and I Am not saying it is right or wrong to do so, perfectly fine if you feel the owner is doing what you see as a good job with the team, it is your choice as a person.

I know fans pay him, that is My question, he bought the team, and people pay him to watch the game on TV or at the arena. Fans still contribute to him although it seems he still holds little regard for them. I guess it goes back to the opiate of the masses argument, I just do not get why people care so much, including Me, about something they have no control over or get no payback from, only to sort of root for a team that is not technically theirs at the moment.

You do not need to pay Les for him not to own the team, whether you pay him or not, he still owns the team, although you could affect his profit margins.

Can't wait until he strokes out and Halliburton buys the team.

Leslie sees goldenstate as the new style of play. Pringles thrives on offense because it will be efficient. Only problem is on defense. Hopefully we can get good assistants.

So this is what it feels like to be a Dallas Cowboys fan. Players, coaches and even GM's can be changed. When you have an owner problem.....well you're pretty much screwed as a fan.

It was nice hoping for awhile.
