I hope he goes to Miami. I would like to see how he does with a strict system.

The issue now is that Harden is dis-empowering Silas, Wall, Cousins, etc. "You guys don't have what it takes."

You're ok with it now. Wait until the back-to-back-to-back 30 win seasons and let me know how you feel then.

I'll always be with my man Plow, but I disagree with this part completely.

To me the Wall trade was the precursor for James leaving. This team is smart enough to know that Westbrook being here without Harden would be detrimental to the franchise retooling or rebuilding. Wall looks similar in his skillset, but man he's just a completely different player, and a much much better player to have on a rebuilding or retooling team. He'll help young players in a way that Westbrook has never proven he could do. He'll be great in the locker room, and he'll be wonderful in the community as the defacto face of the franchise in rebuilding years.

And they got a first round pick which is something. Honestly, I would have thought the Rockets would have to GIVE UP a first to get rid of Westbrook. Neither guy was going to be tradable on those contracts. Swapping for the guy who will be a better fit in a rebuild told me they were already planning for life post Harden.

If James doesn’t want to be here, then why should we want him to stay?

I’ve been watching the Rockets since ‘72. Players come and go, it’s okay. We will survive this.

No team is always on top, always a contender. Sometimes adjustments have to be made.

I’m looking forward to the next phase. I’ve seen all the ups and downs through the years. I don’t fear what the Rockets will be without Harden. I interested and excited to see the next phase. New stars always emerge.

By all means, please make Harden honor his contract in good faith!

If those 30 win seasons could be in 2021/22, 2022/23, I'd be ecstatic and incredibly proud of Tilman for letting the team tank.

I don't think a team with Thybulle/Simmons/Wood as your front court with Stephen Silas as the coach could be worse than 40 wins to be honest. If they make the trade that I think is the final deal, I don't think the team will miss the playoffs this year.

Every poster on CFs needs to start a thread expressing their feelings about Harden

TILMAN DIDN'T MAKE THE LIST FOR WORST OWNERS.

WE have a lot of work to do to ensure that our guy gets his shine.

Time to really set the culture up the right way so Dolan, Sarver and Vivek are no longer ruling the standings.

it would be likely be a battle between the rox, memphis, and nop as that last team for the 8th seed. take your pick
