You can't trust anyone under 150 lbs. I wish I had trouble gaining weight (5' 9", 185lbs). I'm trying to drop to 165 but I'm a chubby dude who watches the food network and then proceeds to pigout late at night.
speaking of trying to gain weight... what's the best stuff at GNC that'll actually help you gain weight??
GNC is for gaining muscle, for an easier and 'cheaper' method of gaining weight, you want to visit the fast food stores

I use to be a personal train daily, so I know a few easy ways to gain weight. If you live close to the 249 areas and need training let me know, I'm still certified and would love to help. You should eat 5 to 6 meals a day, but make sure you get enough protein, crabs and calories in each meal. You will not gain weight by eating one or two huge meals a day alone. It's really hard to eat 5 or 6 solid meals a day, so go to Costco or Sam’s and buy yourself a huge bag of protein as a meal replacement. You meals should be like this. Eat every 2 to 2/30 hours: Soon as you wake. Meal 1: Breakfast Workout: Lift weights first before you do any cardiovascular exercises Meal 2: Protein Shake Meal 3: Lunch Meal 4: protein Shake Meal 5: Dinner Meal 6: right before bed a protein shakes Do compound exercises like Snatches, Pull ups, Squats, Military Press and the Bench press. This will put weight on anybody, but this is for Hard Gainers
