You can't trust anyone under 150 lbs. I wish I had trouble gaining weight (5' 9", 185lbs). I'm trying to drop to 165 but I'm a chubby dude who watches the food network and then proceeds to pigout late at night. :(

You will if you're truly committed to gaining weight. Its non-toxic, right?

GNC is for gaining muscle, for an easier and 'cheaper' method of gaining weight, you want to visit the fast food stores

    6'1 145?

Eat, eat and eat some more. Tracking your calories, even if its for only a couple weeks, is a great way to see what you are really taking in.

I use to be a personal train daily, so I know a few easy ways to gain weight. If you live close to the 249 areas and need training let me know, I'm still certified and would love to help.

You should eat 5 to 6 meals a day, but make sure you get enough protein, crabs and calories in each meal. You will not gain weight by eating one or two huge meals a day alone. It's really hard to eat 5 or 6 solid meals a day, so go to Costco or Sam’s and buy yourself a huge bag of protein as a meal replacement. You meals should be like this.

Eat every 2 to 2/30 hours:

Soon as you wake. Meal 1: Breakfast

Workout: Lift weights first before you do any cardiovascular exercises
    Meal 2: Protein Shake
    Meal 3: Lunch
    Meal 4: protein Shake
    Meal 5: Dinner
Meal 6: right before bed a protein shakes

Do compound exercises like Snatches, Pull ups, Squats, Military Press and the Bench press.

This will put weight on anybody, but this is for Hard Gainers

I use to be a fat ass daily, so I know a few easy ways to gain weight. If you live close to the 503 area and need an eating partner let me know, I still like to have my feeding frenzy's every so often.

You should eat 7 to 8 LARGE meals a day, but make sure you get enough Fat especially the trans/saturated kind, sugar, and calories in each meal. You will not gain weight by eating one or two huge meals a day alone. It's really easy to eat 7 or 8 Junk meals a day, so go to Costco or Sam’s and buy yourself a huge bag of potato chips to snack on and grab a Hot Dog and Soda on the way out. Your meals should be like this.

    Eat every 1-1.5 hours:

Soon as you wake. Meal 1: Donuts, Sausages, Bacon, McANything ie. griddle, muffin and don't forget extra syrup.

Workout: Watch TV before you do any Video Games. This will get you in the right mindset and comfortable in the couch before you do anything strenuos to your hands/fingers.

Meal 2: Milk Shake/ Candy Bar
Meal 3: Cheeseburgers/Fries Supersize/Go Large should be an obvious yes
Meal 4: Milk Shake/ Candy Bar/ Candy etc
Meal 5: X-large Pizza shoot for an all meat
    Meal 6: Milk shake
    Meal 7: T-Bell.

Do compound exercises like video games, DVD's, Computer games and online chatting before bed. This will get you excited and keep you up and make you more hungry.

This will put weight on anybody, but this is for Hard Gainers.

I'm surprised this is only 3 pages long. I would think an Houston-based forums would be experts on this subject. Just post what you ate daily lunch/dinner. :(

I finished high school at 6'1 155 pounds.

I started taking creatine and weight gainers and got to 190 3 years later.

I now weight 225 and I'm very defined, because I never stopped working out.I don't squat heavy, but I do bench 4O5. Just eat and stay consistent with working out, and eventually will gain weight.
