The way Bynum has been playing lately, this may not be a bad trade for us.

I wouldnt go that far but there definitely needs to be changes made like a trade or something. I dont know what exactly the problem is although ive seen what people have said after tonites game. I agree with the fact that jvg did his thing and kept the team competitive and got the most out of his players. I mean last year we didnt really have a bench and we ended up with 52 wins to me that is amazing. Just imagine what he could've done with the deep bench we have this year. I still believe he shouldnt have gotten fired because I always believed that defense wins championships.

It's been time to rebuild ever since the team got Yao Ming.
Unfortunately the management got on the 'Win Now kick' and threw common sense to the wind after five full seasons they should have realised their mistake by now!! Only when Les is loosing money will he make the required turn around and start a three year building plan. :p

I can assure you less is not loosing any money because Yao makes enough to fill his pockets, that´s why Yao won´t be traded EVER.

Anyway as i said before you always have to build around the big man, but Tracy needs to many shots, Tracy is more fir for a one man team Aka Orlando, the Lakers last Year, or Cleveland for example, maybe this year´s Sonics.

When you build around a Big man you have to look for great perimeter players who can pass and shot the 3, one slasher who can kick out or pass to the big man, one perimeter defender and a second big man able to pass the ball and shoot from midrange.
For the bench you need someone who can Hit the 3 consistently stepped out of the arc given the order to shoot at will when open, a consistent rebounder who can somehow score 10 points a game and a PG who plays defense.

Out of this we have Yao to build around, Scola to be his partner inside, Battier to be the perimeter defender and Bonzi could stay on the bench and be that guy then... Head may be the bench 3 point threat.

Everything else should be traded to get. A PG who needs to have plenty of playoffs experience and a Slasher (i prefer this one to be quite young and hungry) to end games, then a couple of defensive players could be usefull both inside and perimeter.

    My 2 cents.
