Never heard of a knee injury with Bev. Thought it was ribs, ankle, right elbow bursitis and the left wrist surgery which was the last one.

What's this knee injury? Did I miss that?

Yea I just can't help but think that knee isn't right. His lateral movement is gone

To call any current Rockets is a good player for this season alone is a joke.

Iso bev the beginning of the season was atrocious and it would make me lose my mind, credit to him though he stuck with it and now I get excited for it

Oh, you're right -- it was before. At the time I was relieved he was able to play in the series. In hindsight, he definitely should've sat out, especially considering the way things ended. 20/20 and all that.

I still don't think he's a good defensive player anymore.

But he's improved enough in other areas to compensate for it. In addition his energy and hustle are still great for stretches, which lead to good defense in spurts.

His shot is best it's ever been and he's even developed a neat little one legged runner (Ala nash) but he's one of the worst pg creators ever.

I just read watched the pacers game and he made silly passes left and right. Many of his passes get tipped or stolen. He passed it to capela on a fast break when capela trailed at the 3 point line.

I love his energy but upgrade would be nice.

He needs to study under Battier. So that he can play under control and smarter on defense.

If we are giving Bev credit, then we have to give Harden credit for those last two plays where he didn't jack up a three (even though it goes in plenty when Steph Curry does it, it is a fundamentally bad shot).

    Also for those last assists.

Now we must involve Dwight more in the offense until we find a better second option. Donuts isn't going to cut it this season imo. Post game aside, he's fouling everyone on defense

Love him to death -- but he has very minimal PG instincts, which would make more sense to me if he'd started his pro career in this system.

Harden is an excellent player. He's just not playing like one on some nights

All we need Bev to do is to hustle and knock down 3's. He's really impressed me this year with his shooting. Glad to see him continue to improve his game.

Bev put the entire Heat frontcourt on one poster.

Beverley has been a difference maker for the Rockets since the day he arrived and that hasn't changed.
Calling him the Heart and Soul of this squad is probably the most accurate description one could give.
He's not perfect, but then no role player is. Nevertheless he is crucial to this team, as much for his attitude as for his ability.

Does anyone follow this team pretty closely anymore?

But yeah, I only watch [about half of] the games, check every score, and pay very little attention to what happens off court, because it's generally irrelevant.

Why? Did I miss something significant with Lawson?

Ah just saw this. I thought he only got suspended for two games?
