Steve is finally playing and he is really playing a team game now. Aldman should definitely play him more.

    do you guys agree?

where all the francis haters at saying he is slow, turnover prone, and ball hogging. This games shows you other wise, making fastbreak layups, ZERO turnovers, and passing the ball alot. IN YO FACE

Seriously, the guy can still play at a high level, just give him a chance.

Overall, I think Francis played well tonight. He just needs to knock off some rust so he can get his shots to fall. I think Francis ran the offense no worst than Alston does tonight. Stevie was getting the ball to Yao, unlike some others.

I think SF3 is on his own level at Rocket's pg position. He can make a huge contribution to this team.

    Francis: 3-11, 8 points, 2 assists, 0 turnovers, 1 steal, 1 rebound
    Alston: 3-8, 7 points, 4 assists, 0 turnovers, 1 steal, 3 rebounds

One game means little, but he certainly didn't out play Rafer. Of course Yao's 4-17 and Bonzi's 0-6, along with letting the Sun's shoot 62% was a bigger factor than either of them.

Well in this case you have to watch how they play without the ball. One game, not enough information.

Tonight Steve did not outplay Rafer statistically but Steve %FG can increased
along with his steal and rebound when his rust is off. Rafer has diffiiculty increasing his %FG but then he hardly drive to create space and disrupt opponent defence.

Yeah I agree one game means little. Steve should get more opportunities with the way our guards have been playing. At the same time I don't see how anyone can look at the actual results and say Steve played good tonight.
