I enjoy sh*tting on this fraud ownership and have been doing so here in cf for a long time. It is my hometown and we deserve better. The difference is when the Texans fill it is time to spend money, they will. The smartest thing the franchise did was strip the payroll, take the dead money now and wait. They will start spending money next free agency. If you combined that with the next 2 drafts, the Texans will be fine. The big question is the QB.
