Yeah, Durant shooting at 48 percent is less preferable than giving it to Jeff Green or Chucky Atkins or Thabo or Desmond Mason. Selfish, maan.
When he gets his team to .500, wake me. It took carmello, wade, and lbj under 3 yrs. Hell as as people dog anthony, he did it as a rookie.
You might be right, but that's only because LeBron is such a complete freak. BTW, KD has put on 12-15 lbs of muscle so far this summer. In addition to taking classes at UT and honing his b-ball skills, he's been working out like a demon in the weight room.
Durant is freakish. He is TMac on steroids. He's faster, longer, and has a better shooting touch. He also doesn't have the heart problem Tmac has.
Wow, streetball dominance always leads to success in the NBA... I'm not saying Durant won't be a great player, this thread is just so ridiculous, I can't help but laugh at a guy who is nut riding Durant like he's about to have the best year by any player in a long long time.
haha i never pushed submit reply. Anyways straight up looking at the OP stats, i knew it was Durant. Not even one assist.
Yes you can when you are only 21 years old and just starting to fill out your body. I did it in one summer when I was about that age. Went from benching one 135 to 275 in about 6 months.
You can be 21,31, or 81, you body can't break down and heal fast enough. I never said u can't get stronger, but I seriously doubt u went from benching 135 to 275 without juice.
Anybody who thinks the Thunder are going to be chopped liver again next season is kidding themselves. I don't think they can make the playoffs, but they won't be walkovers either. A lot of teams next season are going to be kicking themselves after they waltz into OKC and get their derrieres handed to them on a platter.
He may be longer and have a better shooting touch, but he is no way faster or as athletic, especially compared to a young Tmac. Tmac is nearly as long and much more athletic and explosive. I agree that he does have more heart though.
Durant isn't anything like McGrady. If Durant isn't scoring efficiently he doesn't bring much else to the table. When he rebounds well he is more along the lines of a deadlier MIKE freakin MILLER. I still have yet to be as impressed as you guys with Durant (obviously) I'd put him in the Carmelo Anthony realm at best. But he isn't there yet and won't be next year. Brandon Roy is so much more complete.... so much better.
