http://www.bushmaster.com/shopping/weapons/bcwa3f14m4iz.asp This is what I "won"...arrhgg, ahhh ha, ha, ha...
This is where you went wrong. Even with Bush and his blunders, i'll still take him over the democratic canadiates at his election times. I still think Gore and Kerry would have made worse canadites. Everytime I watch 24, I cringe at the thought of Gore running our country. I really believe we would have had more terrorist attacks on our soil under Kerry or Gore. But hey, thats an opinion.
LOL. To the word, I was about to post the same response. As per BigTess. Isnt it time to jump ship like all the other NeoCons are. Its going to suck for you standing on your boat, ringing the Bush Bell as everyone else laughs at you.
Not to defend Fatty and Big Texx but wouldn't many here be crowing about "winning" if Kerry had won..
back to the topic, I was thinking about this recently watching an episode of "Entourage", when Ari's daughter has the ceremony. they are playing like 50 cent and a lot of other uncensored rap music. I was thinking when I was in high school it is no way parents of kids that I went to school with would have allowed their kids to play that music at a party, banquet, etc. with other parents, grand parents, etc. there. its funny rap music has become acceptable and its really weird because the songs are just as vulgar as ever. and its not just on t.v., go to a wedding reception that has a dj, they'll break out the little jon, fifty, jay-z. its a trip, and whenever I'm at an event, I know the true conservatives are just steaming under the collar when the music is being played. but there's another side, I know there are alot of black people particularly who are embarrassed by the music, and was embarrassed by the 3-6 mafia performance at the Oscars. I didn't see so I have no idea. I remember when this movie came out and I said that I don't think this movie should be getting the recognigtion because it glorifies pimping. its funny that so few have a problem with the movie while so many have a problem with the song. why is it okay for the movie to be nominated, everyone's glorifying it but in song everyone has a disdain for it.
I had skin like leather and the diamond-hard look of a cobra I was born blue and weathered but I burst just like a supernova I could walk like Brando right into the sun, then dance just like a Casanova With my blackjack and jacket and hair slicked sweet Silver star studs on my duds, just like a Harley in heat When I strut down the street, I could feel its heart beat The sisters fell back and said, "Don't that man look pretty" The cripple on the corner cried out, "Nickels for your pity" Them gasoline boys downtown sure talk gritty It's so hard to be a saint in the city I was the king of the alley, Mama, I could talk some trash I was the prince of the paupers, crowned downtown at the beggar's bash I was the pimp's main prophet, I kept everything cool Just a backstreet gambler with the luck to lose And when the heat came down it was left on the ground The devil appeared like Jesus through the steam in the street Showin' me a hand I knew even the cops couldn't beat I felt his hot breath on my neck as I dove into the heat It's so hard to be a saint when you're just a boy out on the street And the sages of the subway sit just like the living dead As the tracks clack out the rhythm, their eyes fixed straight ahead They ride the line of balance and hold on by just a thread But it's too hot in these tunnels, you can get hit up by the heat You get up to get out at your next stop, but they push you back in your seat Your heart starts beatin' faster as you struggle to your feet Then you're outa that hole and back up on the street And them South Side sisters sure look pretty The cripple on the corner cries out, "Nickels for your pity" And them downtown boys sure talk gritty It's so hard to be a saint in the city
