dont forget at the end of regulation in game 5, suns wesley person had a wide open 3 pointer at the buzzer that went halfway in and came out.

Both 94 and 95 teams were God's team. he stopped rooting for us when the uniforms got ugly and when the owner only cared about one sin.. greed.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the 1995 team's run was the most magical thing to happen in Houston sports history.

I remember when I used to watch the Rockets back then and no matter what the score was, I ALWAYS thought they'd find a way to win it, and most times they did.

    I don't feel that way anymore. :(

Just like it's disgusting to think of this team's heart vs. that of the '95 Rockets...

If you look up clutch in the dictionary, Robert Horry's face will be right next to it.

My favorite rocket of all time.

I think my favorite game in that run was game two at Utah. Vernon had skipped out and it was an uneasy feeling about how it would go that night. The Rockets came out free stroking and crushed the Jazz. It was awesome.

We need to start playing with the Heart of a Champion tonight.

Getting blown out like we have been is totally inexcusable.

None of those guys had endorsement deals with NBA partners Kia & State Farm either .... Harden's agent needs to get on the ball cause the lack of endorsement deals is causing the lack of calls.

We were just a seasoned group. Drexler was a seasoned vet. Cassell was a rookie ready to step up. Horry was smart and Clutch. Hakeem had guys that understoid his needs. The Rockets need to play smarter and not harder. Our gm also new how to fill our needs. We just don't have that now.

The heart of a champion happened AFTER we had won a championship the year before.

Is it possible to win the first championship without having a heart of a champion?

Yea, so much wrong here. Rudy's statement was AFTER winning the 2nd championship.

I'd add that the first 5 games of the series was won by the road team. The Rockets broke that trend in game 6 with a series clincher.
