Gotta love the cops lol. But nah they did a good job. They probably sent multiple cops because it was at a public food place with people inside, you just never know. And to those thinking he didn't deserve to be tasered.. Umm he did..
call to 911 " there's a drunk guy in here who jumped over the counter, chased another guy, ripped the phone off the wall, then guys were fighting each other, etc....." I dont think that call is going to bring just one or two cops...and when a guy is drunk is similar to when they're on drugs, they'll do stupid stuff, they think they're invincible. Better off bringing him down that way than having him try to fight off 2 or 3 guys, if he's already turned to violence you skip the nice cop routine....at least that's the argument i've heard before..
It's Glen Rice, he sells hair gel in Clutchfans marketplace. That should be enough information for you to know that he's an idiot.
I see a common theme in these fast food joints recently.. One incident at Mcdonalds that was posted here, was over some damn chicken nuggets and now this **** at Subway??? How about ordering In? Or, going out to a restaurant or make dinner your damn self???
What an idiot. By taking his shirt off, Mr. Macho bascially paints a big target on himself for the cops. Rule #1 when acting like a complete fool and causing a disturbance in a public place: Keep your shirt on.
That dude is going to be in major trouble for ripping out that phone when she was trying to call 911. Interfering with an emergency call will probably get this little altercation bumped up to a felony.
I'm not saying he didn't deserve what was coming to him. He certainly did. What I am saying is that it seems to me that cops are seeming to go for the tazer right away rather than opt for other solutions such as physically restraining someone. The head instructor of my Dojo is an ex-cop who dealt with drunks like this all the time and he didn't have a tazer, never had to draw his gun, and put guys like this away with with no injury to himself relying upon restraint holds. At the risk of sounding like an internet tough guy I've restrained angry drunks like that myself with no injury. My point isn't that this guy didn't deserve it but that it just seems like cops, for lack of a better word, are getting lazier and relying on tazers more than other techniques.
He slapped it on the counter then his friend in the hat got it. The two black guys have a TON of patience, good for them understanding he's drunk. His friends should have carried his ass out.
