JVG constantly harped about the officiating on Yao, but has RA done that?

He is not running his Sacramento offense exactly in its old form. But the philosophy behind these two is the same:giving players more freedom, running less routine and relying more on player's creativity to seek a balanced offense.

A team needs its players to be both creative and disciplined to run routine to succeed. For different set of players, there is a different balanced point. The current Rockets is playing so far from its own balanced point that you can say they do not actually have a system. That is why you see AB and quite a few other players being so "creative" as a player yet so stupid as a member of a team.

The current offense works fine, with one notable exception, the guy who wants it all to be about him.

When in reality, it takes 5.
