Other posters have noted what his plan was. I’m not saying it was a good plan but it was a plan. He also undercut it to.
Operation Warp Speed https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Warp_Speed excerpt: Goals According to the Department of Health and Human Services' fact sheet, the main stated goal of Operation Warp Speed was to "produce and deliver 300 million doses of safe and effective vaccines with the initial doses available by January 2021, as part of a broader strategy to accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics".[2] Specific targets, as outlined in various media, include: support pharmaceutical companies for R&D of seven different vaccine candidates simultaneously and certain therapeutic compounds[2] support several vaccine manufacturers for rapid scale-up of manufacturing capacity[2] support organization and facilitate simultaneous FDA review of Phase I-III clinical trials on several of the most promising vaccine candidates[2] facilitate manufacturing vaccine candidates while they remain pre-approved during prefinal clinical research to prepare for rapid deployment, if proven to be safe and effective[2][18] coordinate with the Department of Defense for vaccine supply, production, and deployment around the United States, and track every vaccine vial and the injection schedule for each American receiving a vaccination[2][19] While coordination was expected with the FDA on technical matters, Commissioner Stephen Hahn noted that the FDA would "provide technical and development assistance to Operation Warp Speed, but the manufacturers decide if they're going to go forward or not" and clarified that the agency had "drawn a very bright line at FDA between us and Operation Warp Speed because we're the independent regulator".[20] more at the link
The same amount of people in 2024 versus 2019 are satisfied with their personal finances. According to some folks @LosPollosHermanos the US on the verge of a economic collapse and the average American is about to be homeless. Americans have always been the most easily brainwashed people in the world. They watch tiktok or get their news from twitter and somehow think everything is collapsing and the world is ending. Americans are the dumbest of the dumbest @rocketsjudoka
You can call me whatever you want. I sincerely don't mind. What I do mind is people spewing disinformation and conspiracies. Learn to hold yourself to a higher standard and quit spewing disinformation
It’s impossible to see how wrong you are when you lack the insight I mean I don’t expect you to wake up and realize that even the usual hardcore dems think you’re a nut but keep posting it probably does the opposite of what you intend. Who knows maybe it’s therapy like it is for ATW
I love how you keep attacking me while being unable to prove your original point. You declared folks were on the verge of collapse and were on the brink of economic collapse similar to that of the 70s lol. You can keep attacking me but I'm not the dipshit who's fear mongering using tiktok conspiracies. Poll after poll shows the median American doing perfectly fine and having more wealth than ever before. The median American is doing exceptionally well in their personal lives but somehow think the national economy is collapsing cuz of folks like yourself lie and spew disinformation non stop
The latest stat I can find is for 2022 with it at $74,580 https://www.multpl.com/us-median-income Sorry that was Median Income. Median Annual Wage in 2022 was $46,310 https://usafacts.org/data/topics/economy/jobs-and-income/jobs-and-wages/median-annual-wage/
Americans are filthy rich with the lowest income folks having the greatest wage gains. Again this isn't to discount housing prices are extremely high and we need to focus on building more housing. This is why the fed needs to cut rates NOW
I don't know if that is a good or bad delta. All I can say is that if I'm a single person with a dependent, I'm feeling extremely lousy at 43k. I know this from experience. The average single mother feels awful, economically speaking That said, if the SO and I live together with no dependencies (debt or children), I'm probably doing decent enough.
Wtf do you want me to debate that wasn’t already said? That air isn’t primarily composed of nitrogen? Readily accepted facts? When you’re a fanboy with your ass gaping for Biden why do you expect me to have real conversations with you? when you build a reputation expect others to oblige it. you don’t know what you’re talking about and that’s why you’re always arguing by yourself in a corner
Brother, much respect to you it’s not easy being public about struggles let alone how you’re doing that with a dependent. I pray times get better, you didn’t work your ass off to your income subsidized so Biden can finance wars and student debt in the form of art degrees. people like astros live in a fairytale and still can’t see why people like trump get elected. Your average American is bleeding and I do agree with the sentiment that (was originally) propagandized but is coming to fruition. The middle class is being evaporated.
If you're a single person making 43k you now qualify for free government Healthcare and the feds will subsidize your entire education/trade school interest free while you get certification. If you have kids your child tax credit has gone up while SNAP benefits have been expanded to help ends meet. I love this right wing conspiracy that somehow biden is spending all this money on foreign wars nd nothing at home. Americans have never had a bigger safety net than what they do now. Facts hurt
if you can't help yourself from quoting and mentioning me every day in your posts to post some stupid tweet/biden propaganda of course its a good idea to put me on ignore. Not for the reasons you think though
Apology for any confusion. I was comparing my childhood and the retrospect for my mothers struggle raising us as a single mother on a 'median wage'. I can reassure everyone that after rents and bills, a person like this is perpetually underwater. Then we have these ignorant socialist who come along and guilt people into voting for whoever gives more handouts. As if they should be grateful for the few extra benefits Biden gives them. I will reassure the arrogant socialist that these poor people are not happy at all. There is a world of a difference between accumulating assets and a promising thought of a good retirement vs those who never get a chance to save and can only look forward to living on spare change from social security. I am not criticizing society attempt of taking care of its own people, but the arrogant mindset some people have, acting like poor people should just shut up and be happy.
While I suspect it is a popular talking point about how the media reports, its clear that for a large percentage of Americans, choosing to believe is as important as what is being reported. In any event, it is where Americans are right now...
