He should get his house in Alief baby! thats where all the gangsta ganstas live hahahahahaha. just think his neighbors could be the ghetto boys and rashard lewis (probably moved out to sugarland...)

if i was jeff id get a home in river oaks or memorial. seems like the land value around houston doesnt really go up unless you live closer in ala river oaks or memorial. plus, the commute from sugarland or katy to downtown is nuckin futts!!! I-10 always has traffic (when are they gonna change it into a super highway w/ 12 lanes). 59 is always under construction and the rushhour is a beeeach

shout out to all tha Alief dawgs on this board! ALIEF!!! hahahahahaha

:D I wouldn't speak so soon. I'm checking The Weather Cannel and theres a line of some nasty looking storms perhaps 30 minutes from passing through the city. On top of that we are in a severe thunderstorm watch until 3 pm.

Lol! I beat you by a minute. We actually do have some pretty nice mansions over here. I'd have thought more ball players would live here than in Sugar Land. Maybe they know they'd have to sign autographs for the neighborhood kids here all the time, and, out in Sugarland, none of the neighbors would recognize them.

Hmm...that's what I don't understand either. And still...last year it was one of the fastest growing cities in the United States.

Houston builds on the North side: Kingwood, Woodland.
    Southside: Clear Lake, Friendwoods.
West side: Sugarland, New Territory ...

Since there is no room to the East, Houston's center is shifted toward the West a little: Galleria, Westheimer.
That makes the West side seems closer in than other areas, hence more development on that side.

There are more activities, more businesses, abundant of good schools ... in the SW part of town.

Before recent downtown development, nobody wanted to live in downtown except for River Oaks, West Univ. but not everyone can afford mil dollar houses.
