No one knows how badly Ron can turn on you. I live in Indiana currently and I remember the much trouble he caused. All the Pacers fans were excited once he got traded.

Please post Artest up more often. That's where he should dominate.

The point of Trading is Artest is to get something for him.
The team hasn't lived up to its expectation and Artest has struggled,
and if this team isn't successful in the playoffs, artest could leave and we would be back to T-mac and Yao.
If we trade Artest, We have Carter for this year and next i believe

I been saying time and time again that a Yao/Artest combo has been fantastic this season. It's when McGrady is in the picture that it usually doesn't work out.

For the right deal, we trade Artest. Don't let this game fool you. Haven't we been doing this all year long? We win one game decisively, only to come back the next game and stink it up. I want to see how this team plays AFTER this win.

Check the record when only Yao and Artest play.

I definitely think we should trade T-mac
I am watching the game right now, and look at the team, they pass better
they play harder and they defend better
and all these are with Tracy sitting on the bench in his nice suit.
Sure Tracy is great in the playoffs, but look where it got him, absolutely no where, trading Artest would be a mistake cause at least Artest plays with heart, Tracy McGrady on the other hand, I'm sure everyone is having doubt about that.

Why you guys just can't get it?

We can't trade Tmac or bench him(no one in NBA history ever benched a 20M player if he says he is healthy and want to play) so anyone can't play with him HAS TO go, Artest, Alston, whatever.

It seems that trading T-Mac is more likely than trading Artest anyway from the trade rumors I read.

I firmly believe that Mac + fillers is the only move this team should make. If the team does not trade Tmac, then hey should not trade anyone at all (yes this VERY much includes Artest)

Unfortunately, most people on this board don't understand the business side of the game.

If the Rockets were going to re-sign Artest they would have done it before the All-Star break. Now if he keeps playing like he is, his stock goes up.. Basically the reference for CONTRACT YEAR.

No matter what happens, Tmac will not go and can start whenever he wants, because of his 20M contract

Anyways, trading any other players instead of T-mac is absolutely definitely one hundred percent a HUGE mistake!!

What rumors do you read? Today was only rumor I heard of T-Mac being shipped somewhere, and at the beginning of the season to Detroit. Where else did you hear?
