Head should be put in when Tracy is not playing well or running out of gas.

Think about it, who would he guard in the 2 position? Luther would have to guard Peja. And that's not a good idea.

Aldeman just needs to be like Popovich or Phil Jackson. They both aren't afraid to bench their superstars arent playing well.

hahaha!!!! Is that a joke? 22 wins ( T-mac for MVP, he is the best), 2 Loses (Bench him, 20 mil$ ) It s soo funny!!! I am sure that one week after, everyone will restart saying T-mac for MVP, T-mac is back etc.

Yes they did. Not to say they weren't trying. They just looked a little slower..
The effort is definitely there. Just tired.

Dude do you really want to start Rafer + Head?
That's a small backcourt that would just get owned by bigger guards.

Do none of these people understand what ONE AND TWO STARS means? It means the topic sucks, SO YOU DECIDE IT'S WISE TO START ANOTHER THREAD ON THE SAME TOPIC.... THAT SUCKS?

well he has been complaining that his teammate have to step up and right now they are just watching him, so why not put the ball in their hand and let them work?

    I think T-mac needs rest.
He played 48 min in some game.
Now it's time for the team to have a rest , restore to the best condition, so,as a Rocket fan, we should believe in T-mac,Scola,Battier……and the hole team.

    Miracle will happen again.

oddly enough i understand where the thread starter is coming from. In games where Luther started in Tracys place the team always got off to a good start and the offense was always more fluid... it seems some how the team expects t-mac to put on a cape and carry them to a victory he's going to play a big part but to expect him to do it all by himself and score 50 every night is not realistic

Like Ive said, Rick Adleman just needs to bench Tmac when he starts playing like crap. Thats what all great coaches do. Greg popovich wouldnt even hesitate to yank Duncan or Ginobili out of the game when they are playing bad. Same with Phil on Kobe. Just putting Tmac on the bench to start is pretty dumb since if you look at his numbers for the 22 game winning streak, you'll realize he has been playing superb.

I'd like to see Pop bench Duncan. San Antonio has been Duncan's b*tch for years.

Phil Jackson wouldn't bench Kobe? Are you kidding me? There have been games where Kobe has shot his team out of the game (entire playoff series' to be exact) games where he has refused to shoot - and he hasn't done **** about it. Superstars don't just get benched in this league. Find one legitimate example. *hint* It doesn't exist.

Why not just play T-Mac and watch whether or not he's on or not. If he's playing like a girl, then put in Head.
