3's ain't gonna get us anywhere tbh. If we actually initiate our O through PICK N ROLL, this team would be the BOMB. We got all the players. Harden, Lin, and Dwight. We be so much deadly it ain't funny.
The problem, McHale doesn't run the team, the players do. D12 gets pissed and half sets screens. You have to have willing players set the screens, I wish we would pull out old Utah sets and use our PG's to set screens for D12. He fights to hard to get position.
Pick and roll does not work in the playoffs. No team has ever won a championship with pick and roll being the primary offense. This is because it does not involve the whole team. Two players are easy enough to defend. It's great for the occasional play, but it's not a winning offense. Refs can easily take away your offense by calling illegal picks and defenses only have to get physical and the play breaks down. Avoid leaning on the pick and roll, but use it on occasion.
