I don't know, maybe I'm naive but I feel like we're about to turn a corner. 2021 is looking pretty bright. Trump will be irrelevant in 6 months after he no longer has a bully pulpit to speak/tweet from. The public discourse will eventually get back to the normal Republicans vs. Democrats instead of the sane vs. insane that it currently is. COVID vaccines are on the way which means all this open vs. close, masks vs. no masks rhetoric will be irrelevant. I feel like this time next year, everything will be close to being normal again. I agree with whoever said 9/11 was much worse than this. I didn't think our country would survive, but here we are.
