You’d think this would be a good idea, but everyone down there is below 6’9”. There’s not a Center anywhere on that roster. Ray Spalding or Kenny Wooten would be your only options, and neither of them really fit the need.

Why is there NO video of Faried getting abused by a mediocre Jazz pick and roll over and over? D'Antoni wanted to play him but I remember us all considering him a liability at the time. It was clear that he's regular season spark plug, but in a playoff series when the other team can game plan for him, he's the Forward version of Ben McLemore. It was only that offseason that people started to develop this romanticized history of how good Faried is, because hustles hard and is fun to watch.
no player is perfect and everybody has bad days and matchups where they dont thrive cmon 20 10 game vs prime full squad warriors, knocking down 3s, attacking closeouts, crossing over draymond green and all that for a minumum... who does that? his weak spots must be something else because i vividly remember harden not fond of hi fiveing this man after sucessfull plays... and warriors have beaten us playing jerebko lololol lakers beat us playing rondo who 'cant shoot to save his life'
Harden unlocked him here for a little career renaissance. Without Harden the guy will be useless for us.
Westbrook has games where he shoots over 50% from 3. Doesn’t mean you add him to your team for 3 point shooting. Pass on KF. Just like everyone else has.

I still do not know what went wrong for Manimal in the playoffs but he supposedly rubbed the locker room the wrong way but even reporters like Iko have been cagey about it or may genuinely not know what happened. However, Manimal's tenacity does fit our M.O. with the defensive identity and his bigger body and hyperactivity would fit right in.
plus 20 /10 game is not an aberration game for faried, like shooting 50% on 3s for westbrook is he can give you that every night if you play him 36 minutes he gave rockets 13 /8 playing 24 minutes shooting 35% on 3s
