Fat Melo looks like he’s rounding into form.

Skinny Gordon might join the party eventually.

Gerald Green is “h tine hol it dine” @Snow Villiers

Everyone else is a complete freaking scrub.

Maurii the magician needs to pull a rabbit out of his butt and fix our bench. No more 7 man rotations.

Clark has been OK. I like that D'Antoni is making Hartenstein and Chriss compete.

But we could still surely use an upgrade at, PF2 or C2.

Hartenstein looks bad, he's getting too many minutes, but we don't really have any other option...Chriss is even worse, so it has to be Hartenstein. Clark isn't great but is a huge improvement over MCW.

With a healthy Gordon and Knight I think our bench can look better but I mostly agree at this point

These guys can automatically trun into something. Last year's bench wasn't great on paper. It was Harden and CP3 that made those guys play above their talent.

We hope our scrubs outperform their contracts.

Morey is always trying to trade gordon. I mean why would you try hard if someone was trying to get rid of you.

Gordon + Melo can give 40 ppg
That’s a pretty good bench imo

There was no bench against the Warriors.

That's when we found out it was mostly scrubs.

At least this year we are finding it out early.

He’s not trying to trade GorodnZ he’s trying to make the team better. If Gordon takes it personally, he’s not being a professional

This is the truth. We need better scrubs.

    Gary Clark is legit.

I love how every year we play a few games and say "man we have a DEEP bench."

Then we play a few more games and the "bench depth sucks."

I was listening to the ringer podcast the other day and they mentioned they thought the Rockets might do better to trade for some guys like Marvin Williams, Jonathon Simmons and Kent Bazemore that could easily be had for a single 1st rather than throwing everything at Jimmy Butler.

I'd be so thrilled if we could get another floor spacing power forward or 3 and D wing. Really just one more reliable guy would make such a huge difference. Especially when somebody like Ennis, Tucker or Melo miss games (which will inevitably happen on occasion). At this point, I'm ready to give Anthony Morrow a shot. Our defense has been a huge problem thus far but our floor spacing has also not been what it was last season. Another elite shooter or two would be fantastic.

*edit: a big that we can rely on for 12-15 minutes a game would be nice too. Hopefully Nene comes back and can help with that.

This is the kind of mindset that got Trez relegated to the bench his rookie year...

you remember that dont you? He got to play like part of his rookie year and then got glued to the bench... even after Nene went down... and we expected Harden to defend Pau and LMA...

Nobody has any patience to let a guy develop... to get acclimated to the team... no tolerance for 'growing pains'...

If you dont walk in and deliver right out of the gate - yer labeled a scrub and nobody wants to see you...

This is the mindset I often see from MDA... and most of the 'fans' are no better... smh...

Looking at it the wrong way.

You play so they can't get rid of you.

Trying hard or not trying hard is inconsequential.

The trick is to never play too many of them at once. Along with that it's important to have guys that understand their roles. MCW for example tries to do wayyy too much when he has the ball in his hands imo.

MCW must keep balls out of his hands.

    Noted and documented.

    This

Edit: MCW must still have his hands on balls.
