i have also been trying to file a claim for my textbooks. i ordered 2, for $53 each and i havent gotten them or heard via email from either seller. one of them even has his account closed now. half.com wont let me file a claim till the 12th since they say "media mail may take up to 30 days" horse ****. theres no number i can call anywhere. like half.com doesnt really want to deal with helping their customers.
never had a problem buying, and i sell stuff on there too.. id' say buy from me, but my supply is limited to the classes i take of course
