Hamas is a symptom of people with less options trying to find a way out of their situation. There never is a "both sides" when it's conventual warfare vs people who have significantly less where they don't have a conventional military. Never had there been a "both sides" there. Terrorism is unrestricted warfare. War is violence for political means. And terrorism means you’ll kill anyone to achieve those means. Russia bombs Ukrainian hospitals, schools, and children on the daily but somehow that doesn’t bother you.
