I think right now he's just rebuilding that team. Once they start playing together and all his pieces are in place, and they become competitive (that means around 45 wins) it wouldn't at all surprise me.

I have no doubt that Chaney is a lame duck coach though. I don't think anyone does. He was a low quality replacement coach for a low quality bottom feeding east team.
