No, but i think if Iverson was on this Celtics team, i'd have them as nearly favourite in the East

What amazes me is him in the 4th quarter. The dude is clutch and consistent. Boston is my favorite outside the Rockets.

    Thomas last 5 games 37.6ppg, 7.0apg, 2.2rpg on 50/41/97 shooting
    Harden last 5 games 31.8ppg, 9.2apg, 9.0rpg on 41/35/85 shooting

Isaiah's stats are impressive as ****, but in a playoff game I'm taking Harden because of his size. Isaiah is also pretty dependent on that Brad Stevens system, while Harden can ISO/flop his way into a 30/10/10 statline.

Call me crazy but I'm taking IT over those bolded without a doubt.

I love Conley - love him.

But he puts up monster numbers and then puts up dud stats for a few games in a row, rinse and repeat. He is too unselfish and defers too often.

IT in the fourth quarter is absolutely ridiculous... Which leads me to the next quote

I agree with you about taking Harden in a playoff game for the exact same reason and I'd be more confident if a team went one on one for the game winning play at Harden, he would have a better chance at a stop than IT.

However I don't think what IT is doing is all attributed to the system. I've watched nearly all their games this season due to IT being in my fantasy team and he is just unreal scoring in plenty of ways.

The most common play is starting on the side usually in the corner and receiving a hand off from a big which usually puts the opposing big on IT.

He has absolutely no hesitation driving it in on the likes of DeAndre Jordan.

Or pulling up in the middle of the key on the likes of DeAndre Jordan.

Or when being successfully doubled so he can't shoot he's easily finding open guys.

I personally don't think what he's doing is related too much to the system since there aren't really many intricate plays getting him wide open shots etc.

How can you even mention IT right now in the same breath as AI. He's having a good year but let him do this over some period of time.

LOL, if what you say is true, that just shows you how pathetic the Eastern Conference was in Iverson's time.

    Evidently he lacked AI's durability.
He is now not even close
