National media hates Houston. Only team they show any respect to from Houston is the Astros.

lmao gmo the german dmo. 7footer with the size of a 6'8 swingman, and has a bad back.

jokes aside what else are u gonna do if u dont havena early 2nd round pick? another shot at a dmo-like player isnt bad. no risk-high reward.

if anything he can carry like all the teams laundry for a year with those long limbs and body.

It depends on how deep you want to look. Those who would compare him to DMo are only looking that he's a white 7 footer who played in Lithuania have a history of back problems and has BJ Armstrong as his agent. If you look any deeper than that though, you're right, they are almost nothing alike on the court

DMo was a finesse player with an amazingly refined post game and a decent shot who plays below the rim and was a weak rebounder, Hartenstein is a MUCH more physical player with almost no post game, a fundamentally flawed shot, that is a solid rebounder who plays above the rim.

Doo was def more skilled but this guy is a much better athlete shot blocker rebounder.

He's nothing like dmo at all.

His ceiling is pretty high because of his size and athletic gifts. Dude is not a stiff at all. Id like to see him get proper coaching in the NBA asap.

I loved dmo coming out and thought he was carving out a role of 28 min rotation bigman on a contender but that back problem really screwed up his potential.

But dmo can't rebound or shot block this guy can.

And your right he's not as good of a passer as dmo who's really good but he's better than your giving him credit for.

He has the potential to be the modern NBA center if he reaches his potential

Hartenstein is significantly more vertically athletic than DMo.

7'1 with a 7'2 wingspan, 250lbs, just turned 19 last month, 4th youngest player in the draft, decent athlete for his size, runs the floor well, developing a 3PT shot, has potential to hold his own on D in the NBA.

    Is it Harten-steen or Harten-stine?

Are my eyes playing tricks on me? Why does it seem like he's shooting both lefty and righty jumpshots?
