he may have given more facials than ron jeremy, but is that enough to be a hall of famer?

I'm a little torn on this. While his career in terms of actual games was lackluster, what he did with slam dunks had never been seen before. It completely revolutionized in-game-dunks and the dunk contest. Part of me wants him to get it on that merit alone.

He was the greatest dunker of all time. Surely that has to count for something?

Had he stayed healthy throughout his career he would have been imo. He did have some HOF-like performances with the Raptors early in his career and did seem heading that way.

Another victim of the injury bug.

I was pretty much about the say the same thing. The injuries just halved him.

Grant Hill would have been a definite hall of famer had it not been for the injuries.

I think he has a chance. Small chance, but there is one.

Hell of a career with UNC. Memorable stuff in the Olympics. Those count too.

I'm with this guy Carter totally revolutionized the game, he did things we've never seen before. All the Blake Griffins, Derrick Williams, ect. Were influenced by Carter and it shows and no doubt he had the best Slam Dunk Contest performance ever. Carter Definetly deserved to be in the hall and he has all the respect in the world from me and I'm sure others

Iverson is a hall of famer.

Just about every League MVP is a hall of famer.
