Why do I see you only when T-Mac play bad? Why do you say nothing when Yao play bad? Or Artest?

He is overrated but he still can be an allstar

I see good things from T-Mac this season. He is playing smarter. He is not taking 20+ shots one game when his shots aren't falling. This is a sign of the team ball. The chemistry is coming soon.

Until he starts suckin in the post-season (regardless of how long or short it is), he won't be done as a superstar. At the very least, he's still a star, just not super. Not right now.

Let's wait a bit. It's only been 7 games. TMac has been up and down, Yao has sucked, and Artest has been consistent only on defense.

It's too early to draw conclusions about anyone at this point.

    T Mac

    2008/2009 $21,126,874
    2009/2010 $23,239,561 (final year)

So what should the Rockets do if they have another disastrous post season? Should they trade Tracy or sign him to an extension?

I think it depends on how he performs. It's hard to blame him for the playoffs since he's worn a Rocket jersey.

TMac has a few excellent goods and a few good games. Rest would be horrible games for him. He has not been a superstar for the past couple of years.

I agree with this. He's not a regular season superstar. He's not even playing regular season All-Star level. But when the playoff comes he steps up his game to superstar level and that's all that matters. He just needs to stay healthy enough to play. That's it. T-Mac's not the one i'm worried about, no matter how badly he plays.

Um, he's not exactly a playoff superstar either judging by final results (the only stats that matter).

Tracy is so awesome in the post season that he hasn't been to the second round once! Just you haters watch! Tracy'll lead us to the best fishing hole ever! You'll see!

Oh so now final results are the only thing that matters? Great. LeBron is no better than Tracy then. Right? Neither is CP3...

Lebron and CP3 have both been a lot further in the playoffs than Tracy, earlier in their careers and with less talented supporting casts. Try again.

Lebron led his team to the finals. CP3 led his team past Dallas last year. TMac has had something like 10 cracks at it .... At least those other two can say they've led their teams to the second round and beyond.

    Really? I didn't know.

The poster I replied to said final results are all that matter.

    T-Mac: 0 rings
    LeBron: 0 rings
    CP3: 0 rings

And for the record CP3 has a much more talented supporting cast than T-Mac has ever had because Yao didn't play last year.
