Answer is NO. The Mavs have a lot of talent and experience. Do not expect Dirk to keep missing shots. Barea is better than Rondo. The loss of Parsons hurts them, but more time for some very experienced bench players. They will be a tough out. The third game is critical. If we win that, then I will feel more comfortable.

My thoughts are this is the stupidest thread this year. Dallas STILL has Tyson Chandler, Dirk, and Monta. The latter two get hot, and Tyson Chandler plays at a high level -- which he is capable of -- and Dallas can win at home. Aminu, the Puerto Rican floppy midget, Jefferson (albeit old), Amare, plus Felton.

We looked really good for one quarter. We looked alright throughout the rest, but Dallas wasn't out of it until that 4th quarter.

One game at a time. Stop thinking about the next opponent. Win THIS next game. THEN you worry about the NEXT game.

With Parsons and Rondo out and if Dirk keeps playing like he is 110 years old (his misses weren't even close)...then yes, easiest opponent of all time. Right now we are facing the Big Three of Barea, Aminu, and (at times) Ellis.

Typical clutchfans here, win a few games and we are champs, lose a few and lets blow it up and tank.

Finishing with the #2 seed and getting the #7 usually means a weaker opponent than 4v5

When you have a broom in your hand and are actually sweeping, then you can say this. And even then, don't say it.

Ok, that headline is obviously iconic, but cynic that I am now, the first thing I notice after it that the Astros were ****ing over their pitchers with no offense even back then.

I think the people saying that this thread is a jinx are actually the ones jinxing us...bizarro world  but honestly, does the entire board need to comment and say lock it up? That only bumps the thread to the home page and gives it more views lmao

My 2 cents: People who legitimately believe that some guy starting a thread can "jinx" the Rockets and cause them to lose are infinitely dumber than the OP.
