Is this going to be our lineup for the first half of the season?

    I think our lineup will look like this:
    (Lineup w/ McGrady out/(MPG at position) (Not taking in account possible trades or unsigned players, like Wafer)

    Brooks (25 MPG)/Lowry (20 MPG)/Barry (3 MPG)
    Ariza (28 MPG)/Taylor (12 MPG)/Brooks (5 MPG)/Barry (3 MPG)
    Battier (34 MPG)/Budinger (10 MPG)/Ariza (3 MPG)/White (1 MPG)
    Hayes (20 MPG)/Landry (25 MPG)/Scola (3 MPG)
    Scola (30 MPG)/Dorsey (14 MPG)/Hayes (4 MPG)

    Total MPG for each player:
    Battier (34 MPG)
    Scola (33 MPG)
    Ariza (31 MPG)
    Brooks (30 MPG)
    Landry (25 MPG)
    Hayes (24 MPG)
    Lowry (20 MPG)
    Dorsey (14 MPG)
    Taylor (12 MPG)
    Budinger (10 MPG)
    Barry (6 MPG) (good vet leadership, needs to stay healthy, will increase playing time if Taylor does not do well)
    White (1 MPG) (a good player to have in case someone gets injured)

    I really hope we re-sign Wafer.

    So, is that going to be our lineup until McGrady gets back mid-season?

    Other ideas?

    Do you not read anything on this board? Morey is trying to make moves. We have no idea what our roster will look like when the season starts.

    The way Joeys playing in summer league he might end up being the starting center if we cant get anyone else

    Yes, but nothing is set in stone. What if he does not acquire a center until december or mid-season.

    I should of asked will this be out lineup at the beginning of the season (about first month) OR

    Would you have fun watching this lineup?

    I think it will be this one with a so so added center.

    I don´t expect us to trade for any good to great player. We are tanking under the assumption that "yao will be healthy" next season.

    Yeah, some say you cannot hit the same rock twice. Well the rocks can hit the same guy many, many times.

    Everybody's favorite Bill Ingram has a few interesting notes in his chat:

    "Busy, busy, busy. Tons of games and very little sleep. . .but SL is only once a year, so I'll survive. I've had a number if conversations with the Houston brass, who have been here from the start. No sexy moves coming, but they have a couple of things cooking for a big man. Won't be anything that seriously jeopardizes 2010 cap space"

    Ryan in Houston:
    where will von end up? he tweeted maybe the clips, but why not bring him back to houstonhe played great for us; and i hate to say this but he would be a great fit in denver to replace jones

    Bill Ingram:
    Jermaine Taylor does more for you than Von, who really only knew how to get his own shot. I love Von, too, but the Rox aren't pursuing him. He;s not as good a defender as Jones, but he'll definitely find a home. He had a good season in Houston.
