Where's my "HOT" option? Seriously, though, no, I don't think she is obese if those are the measurements. I am 5'8 and 159lbs. and am slightly over my weight. I believe she is "chubby", but how do you not know she might have 16" pythons for arms a'la Hulkamania, huge breasts that weigh 20 lbs. each, or a humongous tight rear end a'la J-Lo? Don't guess. Please, sir, do not base your friendship/companionship/potential-significant-other'ship decision based on her physical measurements. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Stop being a Shallow Hal and value her as a human being, not as a material thing. Talk to her. Get to know her. May I ask what YOUR measurements are? For fairness, posting hers on a forum is not as embarrassing as posting your own, so give give before we give more opinions on the person you're trying to judge as a mere adjective.
Wow. That is a bit harsh. Why don't you save your generalizations until you see what that girl is about? We don't know how she is so assuming things like that is not cool. I don't think she is obese, just overweight but that all depends on her body fat distribution. Who knows if she is muscular? I doubt it though.
Isabella, I agree, but you know guys, especially younger guys have the physical attraction first. Women have the emotional attraction first. That's why you can see a meatball guy with a physically attractive woman. Most women can look past that simple stuff. Like you said , it can be where the weight is distributed. My wife is about 150 now vs when she ran track in college at about 120. She still have the small waist and big quads. She works out and really fills her body out without looking so much like those sprinters. Clinically, shes overweight, but to me and a lot of people, shes built like a quarter horse.
Ya know.. I'm just in a really bitter mood today and I probably shouldn't be posting. I just put an uncalled for post in cwebbster's thread, too. I think I'm gonna clam up for a while until I can take a happy pill or something.
me, fat people are gross haha jp, but 173 lbs at 5'6" is pretty big, they should way at most like 120
Size 2? C'mon..Maybe a size 5 - 7... If she's 173 lbs, sorry, she's very heavy...but if you like her, who cares what we think...just hit it...
http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi For anyone who wants to see their ideal weight... so for a 5'7", the ideal weight is between 127 and 159 lbs.
That's all well and good, but you're going on the assumption that the OP is looking for a woman to spend the rest of his life with. I get the feeling he's just looking for a warm place to put it. Maybe he should spend less time worrying about her weight and more time worrying about the size of his ding-dong. That's probably what she's worried about....
I don't believe that. Most of the women i've dated have been thick (in the fine/curvy way, not fat) but none of them weighed that much unless they were MUCH taller. And, even the girl that was taller was huge up-top. Unless this chick is ripped, she's probably fat...not obese, but fat.
What does where you carry the weight have to do with how much you weigh? I can you give you a 25-lb dumbbell and you can wear it on your head or strap it to your calf, but you'll just be 25 lbs heavier either way. I do agree that distribution can make it look better.
Sorry but she's fat. You may still find her attractive and the way her weight is distributed on her body may limit the aesthetic hit her weight has on her appearance, but she is still overweight and is nearing the clinical obesity range. The idea that you aren't fat as long as you are happy with your weight and someone else doesn't mind it is ridiculous.
