There is surgery that girls can get (apparently not new either...was used on younger girls a long time ago to pass off as virgin prostitutes) that can repair a hymen and make a girl seem to be a virgin. Not sure how easily it would be for a doctor to tell by just doing a gynecological exam...but might be an interesting way to "screw" this new policy.
Of course, we are talking about Uganda here. I mean, we're discussing dildos and vaginal surgery when almost half of the entire Ugandan population lives below the poverty line.
what if you... like... can't find your hymen? and never could? even when you were a virgin? it does happen... I do hear of people getting things surgically tightened up to "renew" themselves for a new boyfriend or husband. Not sure how it works. Sounds kind of painful actually.
Oh, yeah... I can tell you how it works. You just start some thread about how some guys are jerks, and then you give advice on how to date. All of a sudden, you will see how new boyfriends and possibly a husband will begin to emerge. This getting a new boyfriend or husband is not painful at all. It's not. Trust me.
My Grandpa gave me this nugget of advice... Take the girl on a nice sunset walk on the beach....and if the howling you hear isn't from the wind...then she's probably not a virgin. Whatta guy.
Very true, learned this in sex ed. in th 8th grade. Most women's hymens are already broken BEFORE their first sexual experience. They are usually broken by the things you mentioned too, exercise and femin care products.
