LOL well doesn't matter too much either way. I donate to a great site regardless. Just not being able to edit my own posts definitely sucks! :(

No one is un-tradeable. Yao Ming is the closest player, but I would trade him for King James for example.

you have to answer a few questions

in 1985, who played the Boston Celtics in the Finals?

in 1995 playoffs, why didn't the bulls with pippen and jordan not make it to the finals?

    who won that finals?

the rockets were named CHOKE CITY following a second choke job vs the Suns,
the Rockets rallied and beat the Suns and won the NBA Finals, who led the rally in game 3?

How far did Barkley take the Rockets in the playoffs?

How far did McGrady take the Rockets in the playoffs?

Is Houston located in Orlando Florida?

I would love to add the pieces we're looking at without moving AB, Landry, and Budinger.

Those are the only 3 guys in uniform, including Yao, that I'm really apprehensive about moving.

Otis Thorpe was a critical part of the building of the first championship and trusted low post presence and fan favorite workman. But for Drexler, a superstar, it was worth it.

    Championships are hard to get.

Im surprise Kyle Lowry's name wasn't brought up. He is one player I definetly wouldn't trade. He is the one individual on this Rockets team that can change the dynamics of any game as soon as he enters.

-- Of course, Carly Landry would fall under this category also..but the thing with Landry- is he is more of a valuable trade asset- to get for an elite player-- which makes him "tradeable".

-- Rumor has it that Randy Foye may come to Houston along with Butler, and Miller..if that were to happen..think of a reuniun of Lowry and Foye..look what they did back when they were in Vill..

Randy Foye + Miller + Butler would make us instant contenders. if we got all those 3 for just t-Mac that would be robbery on par with the pau gasol trade.

These guys are untouchable as far as I'm concerned:

    Yao
    Landry
    Brooks
    Lowry
    Budinger
Ariz --- wait, just kidding :)

I don't want a star player in place of any of these guys because most of them I believe we haven't seen the top of their game yet.

Lowry represents everything I love about this team. He's tough as nails, never gives up, keeps coming at you like a bulldog, does all the little things to win, and hardly anything he does shows up in a Fantasy Stat. Getting rid of Landry or Lowry makes no sense. When the game is on the line, they play bigger and they do the things you need to win. It's like if a team was dumb enough to give up Horry and Cassell.

    I wouldn't trade Lowry.

Sure, everyone says Brooks and Landry, but those are the only two guys on this team that generate true trade values.

Plus, Lowry is STILL underrated, even by Rockets fans.

For me its Hayes because I can't envision a scenario involving him being traded that makes sense except for trying to match salaries. In other words, you can't get equal value for him.

    This is truth.

Hey, I LOVE a number of our gritty role players, particularly Lowry, Landry and Scola. It really is easy to get attached to them the way they bust their butt each night. But if we have to give them up for a STAR player then that's the price of doing business.

Like Clutch said, Rockets did it for Francis and they did it before for Barkley.

Unless someone blows us away with an offer, I'd say Aaron isn't going anywhere.
