Is there an NBA rule against

    I am sure if someone actually intentionally did some foul thing to his hands to get some advantage, Stern would add a rule to outlaw it. Heck, he has intervened with more trivial things like the length of the pants.

    What's that smelly stuff I used to rub on my kids' chests when they had a cold? God awful odor. Shane could sniff and say he was just treating a cold. :p

    Look, I am not saying that you put deer urine or something truely nasty on your hands... just something that would get the other guy's attention but may not draw attention from the league because they could be "naturally occurring": a dash of Axe Body spray, smell of popcorn, and you can save these things only for clutch situations (i.e. up by 2 with 8 secs left in the game). Might help you avoid, or at least delay, detection.

    Yao should eat a lot of beans before game since he uses his backside so much on offense.
