Yeah, the Mario hate is kind of odd. Even if he is having a down year, he's not having such a horrible year that the pro bowl selection was based purely on name recognition.

Mario was 4th for DEs in the AFC in terms of sacks. It's not a stretch to say he was a top 3 DE. I thought he played the best he ever has against the run.

Mario is a great player, its great to see him called to the pro bowl, he deserves it.
