I still need to go back to BF1... And lots of other backlog... Been stuck on diablo 3 lately (I know I know... But this new patch finally fixed the game to make it interesting finally).
I voted no because its the same old call of duty. Smaller maps, spawn run a few feet get shot in the back. Graphically it looks like I am playing Black ops. It brings nothing new to the table. I have more fun playing battlefront. The - I can generally aim, half pull the aim down sights as I pull the fire button get insta kill sniper bullshit is still in the game. It' not terrible, it' just unimaginative in its delivery.
Bought it, played the campaign long enough to get off the beach and a few round with the zombies. Got it the weekend it came out and have only turned it on twice. It’s dope for sure, I just don’t have the time. I saw some friends playing multiplayer aboard the Battleship Texas. I thought that was pretty cool too.
Oh man,!! Yeah, you could probably get even a 970 or a 1060 and get some great performance, if you have at least an i5 (pretty much any gen), and running 1080p. Yeah...so currently running sli 970s... i7 4790k but man, I'm so close to just getting a 1080 to just replace the 9s since sli can be wonderful or... Not, especially on New/beta/early release games.
I gave it more time and it still isn't good for me. Really, it's just nothing new. I hoped they would finally address the sniper issues, the size of the maps, and the overall look. I hoped they would add something new new to the game play. For as much as I hated the game play, the Zombies mode was fantastic. I haven't played a COD in a few years so I don't know if this was a new zombies or. It, but I enjoyed it much more than multiplayer.
If you play COD every time they release a game, then I can understand some of the criticism. The graphics (I use Xb1) leave a bit to be desired at some points for sure after continuing to play the last 2 days. But if you haven't played a shooter in awhile and love WWII (like me) then you definitely will enjoy it a good bit. Sitting at home on a couple edibles slaying Germans yesterday was good.
I haven't picked up a COD game since MW2 and I've really enjoyed it. About halfway through the campaign mode, really enjoying it.
