Is that tomorrow is the last day to pick up boki's opt?

I was sure hoping we would sign Demar and give him a look. He sure looked good on the offensive end, good enough to be a bench contributor for somebody, don't know about his defense. Him and Rodney White were the difference for the Nugz last night despite all the hype of Kmart, Camby, and Nene.

 

Boki will never be next peja in his lifetime. They play different game.

Of course, I wish Boki can borrow a little shooting touch from peja so he can stay on the court.

 

Umm have u been watching the same games i have? For the last 2 seasons and this preseason Boki has yet to show me he deserves the min... & Peja keep dreaming

 

joe johnson is in his 4th year so his option is in use this season, they just havent extended him yet

 

people need to let go of this peja comparison. they are both european but that's where the similarities end.

what aspect of boki's game would make anyone compare him to peja?

boki could be a good player but his strength is not his jump shooting. that might be the weakest part of his game. on the other hand peja is the best or one of the best shooters in the world.

 

I guess people get confused with 4th year option and extension. JJ's case is
the same as KMart this year. Suns just don't want give JJ max contract and will let
market set his value next year

 

I don't think that's true. I think if you don't pick up the 4th year option, you still have Bird rights, but the player becomes an unrestricted free agent.
